About me

Hi I'm Suzy, a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist and Postnatal Practitioner. If you are going through a difficult time right now, I would like to help you gain the control and confidence to make positive changes and move forward.

Hypnotherapy is a wonderful and hugely effective way to help people identify and alter beliefs that are no longer useful for them, access their own positive inner resources and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.

I am passionate about empowering my clients so that they feel excited for the future and more confident that they can navigate life's ups and downs. This is why I like to give my clients practical tools and techniques that they can use after our therapy sessions have finished.

Some of the issues that I can help with are anxiety,  depression, low self worth, phobias, IBS and habit breaking. As a certified postnatal practitioner I am also additionally trained to work with clients during the postnatal period, which can be emotionally challenging for many women.

I am an integrative therapist meaning that I draw on different theories and techniques applicable to each personal case. These include ; suggestion hypnotherapy, hypno-analysis, CBT, solution focused hypnotherapy, inner child work.

If you would like to find out more about how we can work together, please email or text me. We will then arrange a good time for an informal and obligation-free phone call. This will give you a chance to ask any questions that you might have and to find out more about how we can work together.
