About me
Hi I'm Suzy, a registered Clinical Hypnotherapist. If you are going through a difficult time right now, I would like to help you gain the control and confidence to make positive changes and move forward.
Hypnotherapy is a wonderful and hugely effective way to help people identify and alter beliefs that are no longer useful for them, access their own positive inner resources and gain a deeper understanding of themselves.
It is common for negative past experiences from the past to affect us later on in life, especially when we are faced with reminders of that past experience (often referred to as triggers). Hypnotherapy is a very effective way to process and resolve past trauma so that you can be free to move on with your life and triggers become less 'triggering'. As a trauma informed practitioner I can help you with this in a safe and gentle way.
I am passionate about empowering my clients so that they feel excited for the future and more confident that they can navigate life's ups and downs. This is why I like to give my clients practical tools and techniques that they can use after our therapy sessions have finished.
Some of the issues that I can help with are anxiety, trauma, PTSD, panic attacks, depression, low self worth, abandonment issues, phobias, and habit breaking.
As an integrative therapist I am trained in many different areas of hypno-psychotherapy including ; hypnotic relaxation, regression and inner child work, Rewind (for trauma processing and phobias), hypno-exposure, suggestion hypnosis.
If you would like to find out more about how we can work together, please contact me by email, whatsap or text. We will then arrange a convenient time for an informal and obligation-free phone call of around 15mins. This will give you a chance to ask me any questions that you might have and to find out more about my sessions.
