Hi, I’m Suzannah Leighton, and I’ve been working as a Hypnotherapist/Analyst for over 25 years. I’m passionate about helping people make positive changes in their lives. Over the years, I’ve trained in a variety of powerful techniques, including Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) with renowned experts like Dr. Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, and Michael Breen. I’m always learning and developing new skills to ensure I offer the best possible care for my clients. In 2018, I trained as a Kinetic Shift Practitioner with the UK Hypnosis Academy, and in 2021, I became a certified Integral Eye Movement Therapy (IEMT) Practitioner.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of clients from all walks of life. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful these techniques can be in creating lasting, positive change. Whether clients come to me for stress reduction, overcoming fears, or transforming deeply held emotional patterns, I’m always honoured to be part of their journey toward healing and growth.
I run a private practice in Somerset, near Glastonbury, where I see clients in-person. I also offer remote video sessions for those who prefer or need the flexibility of working from home. Whether you’re looking for therapy, hypnosis, or a combination of techniques like Kinetic Shift and Integral Eye Movement Therapy, I tailor each session to your unique needs and goals.
From a young age, I’ve been fascinated by Tarot Cards. I discovered I had a natural ability to connect with spirit and interpret the symbolism in the cards. Over time, I realised that Tarot readings offer a window into the psyche and can provide valuable insights for positive change. I’ve found that these readings often bring up emotions that naturally lead into therapeutic conversations, and many clients find them to be a powerful complement to their healing journey. While I do offer stand-alone Tarot readings, I often combine them with therapy sessions to enhance the process and create deeper insights.

Further information
Between sessions I check in with clients to offer telephone/video support and motivation. In person sessions are held in my office on the land at Horse Haven Uk, near Glastonbury Somerset. My office has steps so is not suitable for wheelchairs.
