About me
Since the Coronavirus struck, all of my client sessions have taken place remotely. Up until then, I had a number of clients with whom I worked remotely; now, all of my sessions are conducted on screen. You may be surprised at how well it works.
I use hypnotherapy in conjunction with counselling skills to design as unique a therapy as the individual I see before me. Hypnotherapy is a brilliant tool to use for stress and anxiety; when once these twin demons recede, calm and clarity of thought can allow the individual all the self control they need to deal with these troubled times.
I always allow two hours per session, plenty of time for you to say all you need for me to understand. Together, we find a way to explore what it is you want and to agree how we'll both know you're on your way to achieving it.

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
