About me

Hello, I'm Sue - a cognitive behavioural hypnotherapist and coach. I practice an integrative approach to help people who are struggling with anxiety, fears or phobias that are stopping them enjoying their life to the full. I have helped clients to stop biting nails, manage fear of heights, stop smoking, manage needle and sickness phobias among other issues that client's need support with.

With a background in children's nursing and health visiting, I also work with children and have helped children with worries, anxieties, bed wetting and sleep.

I offer a compassionate, evidence-based approach that helps clients gently face their fears and reclaim their confidence. I teach self-hypnosis to give my client's the tools to use in any situation they face.

Clients often share that they feel calmer, more in control, and equipped with strategies that extend far beyond the initial issue - tools they carry into many areas of life.

If you are considering hypnotherapy why not email or text to book a free discovery call? Alternatively, you can book a call directly through my website.

This will give us a chance to chat about how hypnotherapy can help you and how many sessions you may need.

Testimonials

"Sue's combination of listening, understanding and gentle exploration helped me feel comfortable and supported. She provided a clear plan for each session. Following completion I feel empowered and more in control. Thank you Sue"

"Sue's approach was incredibly effective and supportive in helping me overcome a longstanding habit. I was able to break free from biting my nails after 53 years, and her approach helped me not only stop the behaviour but also understand the underlying emotional triggers behind it.”

"Sue made me feel very calm, she was so reassuring. I was quite anxious and a bit sceptical - I didn't think I would be able to do it - but Sue has a lovely manner and a soothing voice. I loved that she sent me a recording that I could listen to in my own time - it really works!"

"Hypnotherapy with Sue helped me to control an overeating issue. Now I can enjoy parties and hotel buffets much more healthily - thank you!"
