About me
I specialise in helping people move past the nagging thoughts and worries that hold them back, so they can build a life that feels genuinely confident and free. My work focuses on the areas where self-doubt tends to creep in.
What I can help with:
- Social Anxiety: Feel more at ease in social settings, step away from that fear of being judged, and connect with others without the dread.
- Fitness & Gym Anxiety: Get back to enjoying exercise on your own terms, focusing on how it makes you feel rather than worrying about who’s watching.
- Embracing Single Life: Find the joy in your own company and build a fulfilling, independent life that truly suits you.
- Stress & Overwhelm: Cut through the mental clutter, find a bit of calm in the chaos, and learn down-to-earth ways to settle a busy mind.
How I work:
I use Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (Hypno-CBT). It’s a really effective approach that blends the practical, problem-solving side of CBT with the deep relaxation of hypnosis. Together, we can get to the root of the anxious thoughts and gently shift those underlying patterns. You’ll come away with useful strategies, not just theory.
What it’s like to work with me:
It’s a proper team effort. I provide a safe, calm, and completely non-judgemental space where you can explore things at your own pace. The aim is for you to feel properly supported and leave with tools you can actually use in your day-to-day life. My clients often say they feel "lighter," "more settled," and really value having those simple techniques to hand.
If you’re ready to change how you relate to anxiety in any of these areas, do get in touch. Let’s have a chat about how we can work together to build your confidence and help you get on with living.

Client testimonials
From our very first session, Sarah’s calming, patient, and non-judgemental approach made me feel completely safe, comfortable, and at ease. This created the perfect environment for me to open up and fully embrace the hypnotherapy process – something I was initially sceptical about.
I was genuinely impressed by the effectiveness of the strategies used during our sessions, as well as the practical, actionable advice she provided. Her guidance has helped me reflect deeply and apply these insights to real life situations with lasting impact.
If you’re looking for compassionate and effective support in understanding and overcoming a long-standing challenge, I highly recommend Sarah. Roukshana, 2024
I really enjoyed the Sessions with Sarah. Even if we only talked with each other online and never met in real life, I still felt always very safe talking to her.
She has a very calm voice and I could always talk openly with her.
Also during the Sessions there was always a pleasant atmosphere and she never made any pressure.
I can just really recommend her, cause I was able to make an improvement with my problems only after 3 Sessions during a few weeks. Immanuel, 2024
My hypnotherapy sessions with Sarah have not only been beneficial but incredibly transformative. I was a little apprehensive at first about what hypnotherapy entailed and what it could provide me with.
Having a thorough, rigorous and supportive discover my call with Sarah was incredibly eye-opening and helped me to feel confident in opening boxes I never knew existed, questions I had needed to answer to help Sarah better understand me and for myself also. Her patient, mellow yet professional approach helped me to really open up and discuss what I wanted to work on.
The sessions I had were well-structured and there was a calming sense of predictability due to her phenomenal planning and delivery. I was introduced to guided hypnosis as well as self-hypnosis towards the end of our sessions; and this has been an effective tool for me to re-align and re-focus and I have seen a drastic improvement in my outlook on the discussed issue. 10/10, I would definitely recommend this service by Sarah. She is incredibly gracious and understanding and will work collaboratively with you to achieve your goals in feeling mentally and emotionally relieved and uplifted. Mehmona, 2024
