About me
Hi, I’m Sarah. A friendly, down-to-earth Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist with a bubbly personality and a passion for helping teenagers feel more confident, calm, and in control of their lives. I'm really looking forward to working with you!
Predominantly, I work with young people aged 12+ dealing with anxiety, fears and habits.
The journey starts with a free 15-minute consultation for us to get to know each other, identify what the issues are, and how best I can help you or your loved one.
Going forward, collaboratively, we will discuss and decide upon your goals and the best treatment plan for you to be successful. If you are local, we can meet face to face at my treatment room, or sessions can take place online.
I promise you that I will always have your best interests at heart, I will remain empathetic, non-judgmental and open. I only ask that you bring your motivation, honesty and an open mind.
Training, qualifications & experience
- NCH, CNHC, TISPH Registered
- Fully Insured
- DBS Checked
I specialise in working with young people to gently and effectively overcome common fears, unhelpful habits, and everyday worries using Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapy (CBH) – a powerful combination of evidence-based psychological strategies and deeply relaxing hypnosis techniques.
Whether it’s fear of spiders, performance nerves, needle phobia, anxiety around school or social situations, I offer a safe, encouraging space for young people to explore and manage what’s going on – with plenty of empathy, laughter, and practical tools along the way.
With full insurance, an enhanced DBS check, and professional registration with the NCH, CNHC, and TISPH, you can feel reassured that you’re in safe, professional hands.
My sessions are tailored, engaging, and age-appropriate – designed to empower teens (and their parents) to feel better, think differently, and move forward with confidence.
Member organisations

The CNHC encompasses many types of alternative therapy, including hypnotherapy.
In order to be admitted to the register a practitioner must have studied to the National Occupational Standards for that profession/discipline, or have reached the equivalent of the National Occupational Standards through other relevant training or at least three years of experience and been assessed by their peers.
A practitioner must also have professional insurance and agree to abide by the CNHC Code of Conduct, Performance and Ethics.

The National Council for Hypnotherapy holds one of the largest registers of independent Hypnotherapists in the United Kingdom and strives to maintain the highest standards among its members. There is an agreed Code of Conduct, an established Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure and all members are obliged to maintain comprehensive Public Liability & Professional Indemnity Insurance, maintain regular CPD (continuing professional development) hours, and attend Supervision when needed.
Accredited register membership

The Accredited Register Scheme was set up in 2013 by the Department of Health (DoH) as a way to recognise organisations that hold voluntary registers which meet certain standards. These standards are set by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
This therapist has indicated that they belong to an Accredited Register.

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice.
