Sandra (Lamb) Hughes of BodyMind Solutions will support you in making the changes you desire for a happier and healthier future,understanding that improving your emotional health can positively improve your physical well being.
She is a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist with a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Hypnoanalysis; and is also an Accredited Brainworking Recursive Therapy Practitioner
Sandra is also a Chartered Physiotherapist with an extensive background in health and physical rehabilitation. This places her in quite a unique position to help address both your mental and physical well being.
Delivering services in Folkestone & Hythe and Rainham, Kent, Sandra's focus in on helping you to make the changes necessary to bring your life into a more positive place.

Each member of APHP has received thorough training in hypnosis and hypnotherapy, is competent and conscientious, and abides strictly by a code of ethics.
There are four grades of membership: Licentiate (LAPHP), Registered Member (MAPHP), Accredited Member (MAPHP(acc.)) and Fellow (FAPHP), with the different categories standing for different levels of training and experience.
The Association for Professional Hypnosis and Psychotherapy is a member organisation of UKCHO (an umbrella body for the hypnotherapy profession in the United Kingdom).
