About me
Hi, I'm a qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, caring and passionate about my work which helps build up rapport and aids relaxation particularly for those who haven't experienced hypnosis before. I work with a wide range of issues including weight loss, (I'm a practitioner for the Virtual Weight Loss Jab, the new ground breaking technique, and also a Hypno-Band practitioner, the virtual gastric band hypnosis technique), anxiety, stress, smoking cessation, phobias, sleep issues, and many more. I teach self-hypnosis to all my patients which aids relaxation, promoting a sense of well-being, helping to maintain changes which can be obtained in therapy. It can be used to help induce a natural sleep.
The Virtual Weight Loss Jab
This is a new ground breaking metaphoric approach to weight loss. It is a fully rounded weight loss programme with the benefits of the actual weight loss jab, suppressing the appetite, but also helping to make realistic lifestyle changes needed to lose weight whilst helping to address the emotional content of the eating issue, and without any of the potential side effects of the actual jab.
Training, qualifications & experience
I trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis (LCCH) gaining a Diploma and a Practitioner Diploma in Clinical Hypnosis. Training took over 2 years to complete. I am also Fully Insured.
I'm registered with the British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH).

The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) is a national professional body whose aim is to promote and assure high standards in the practice of hypnotherapy. There are various types of membership of BSCH, including associate members, full members, diplomats and fellows. Registration demands good quality training, ethical practice and adherence to a code of conduct.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with
I teach all my patients how to practise their own self-hypnosis at home. This can be a wonderful technique to help patients relax, recharge their batteries and when done at night can help the patient to drift into a healthy, normal sleep.

I offer a FREE INITIAL CONSULTATION, which can be done on the phone.
Most sessions are £75 - I never book patients in back-to-back and sometimes a first session may last approximately 2.5 hours, sometimes more.
Smoking is a one session technique £150 - again 2.5-3.00 hours. I do offer a free top-up session if required.
Stopping Vaping is a two session technique £120
The Virtual Weight Loss Jab comprises 4 sessions for which I charge £375 (£50 deposit, £200 1st session, £125 2nd session).
The Hypno-Band gastric band comprises 5 sessions for which I charge £375 (£50 deposit, £125 first session, £100 2nd session, £100 3rd session).

Further information
I work from home in peaceful surroundings, in Cleethorpes.
I work 7 days a week, if required, however I don't work evenings. I work Saturdays and Sundays to help out patients who work full-time.
