About me
Adam Pearson at Newquay Hypnotherapy provides Solution Focused Hypnotherapy, to help people feel calm, confident and achieve what they want. Adam's approach combines neuroscience with deep relaxation techniques, working with adults and children.
Adam offers online sessions too via Zoom or FaceTime, and by telephone. He also offers sessions and workshops for patients referred via Social Prescribing
Adam is driven by the knowledge that everyone has their own vast resources for a happy and fulfilling life. It may not always feel like it but amazing things can happen - and they don't need to wait.
Based in Newquay, Cornwall.
Training, qualifications & experience
Adam Pearson studied at the Clifton Practice hypnotherapy college in Bristol, having a background in executive coaching and organisational change. His experiences have demonstrated clearly how overcoming fears in one area of our lives can lead to far-reaching effects in other areas too.
Adam is a lead volunteer with The Wave Project, a charity helping young people to reduce anxiety and develop confidence through surfing.
Member organisations
The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.
