About me

I am a qualified hypnotherapist and psychotherapeutic counsellor based in Filby near Great Yarmouth, Norfolk who is focused on providing an excellent service and assisting clients to reach their potential. My aim is to give the best service possible and achieve the goals you wish to meet. Working from home in a cabin in my garden overlooking fields, it is very tranquil, safe and relaxing.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Certificate in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and registered with The National Counselling Society and The National Hypnotherapy Society.

I have worked in the pharmacy sector for over 20 years and within this time I have gained a vast amount of experience working with people and have developed a good rapport with patients, colleagues and professionals.

I have Professional Liability Insurance, and I regularly attend CPDs (Continual Professional Development) courses to enhance my skills and to keep them up to date.

Your initial free 30 minute consultation will be with your first appointment. During this consultation, I will gather information on the area you are concerned about in preparation for your first session thereafter.

Hypnotherapy Individual 50 Minute Session - £50.00

Counselling for a 50 minute session - £45

Smoking Cessation One-Off 2 Hour Session - £120.00

A great number of people find hypnotherapy for smoking an effective treatment. The method works to break the negative behaviours and thinking patterns associated with smoking. The thoughts and behaviours the smoker holds is often what prevents them from successfully giving up.

You will receive a two hour consultation.
