About me
As a CBT Hypnotherapist, I specialise in helping adults and teens (12+) who experience IBS, chronic digestive discomfort, gut-focused anxiety, and everyday anxiety and stress-driven symptoms that disrupt daily life.
When the gut and mind get stuck in a loop, it can feel impossible to switch off.
For many people, this shows up as:
- Morning nausea that sets the tone for the day
- Urgency or bathroom worry when you’re trying to leave the house
- Bloating, cramping, and unpredictable flare-ups that feel out of your control
- Anxiety that makes your gut more reactive and heightens every sensation
- Avoiding travel, social plans, or meals because you’re scared of symptoms
- Constant checking, monitoring, or bracing for the next flare up.
I help calm the nervous system, ease gut-focused anxiety, and retrain the gut–brain communication loop so your symptoms feel quieter, less reactive, and easier to manage.
Many clients describe feeling relieved, more settled, and less consumed by their symptoms, often noticing reduced flare-ups and reduced anxiety around digestion.
My approach integrates CBT, Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy, and mind–body behavioural techniques and mindfulness to support:
- Reduced symptom sensitivity
- Reduced gut-focused worry
- Calmer, more predictable digestion
- Greater confidence in daily routines
- A sense of control and comfort returning to your life
- Sessions are held online worldwide with flexible scheduling to support busy lives.
You don’t have to navigate this alone.
With the right tools, your gut can feel calmer, more relaxed, and more responsive in a positive way — helping you get back to living your life without constant gut fear or overwhelm.

Further information
As a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist, I specialise in supporting adults and teens (12+) with IBS, gut-focused anxiety, chronic digestive discomfort, everyday anxiety, and stress-related gut symptoms.
Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy is one of the most researched psychological treatments for IBS and is recommended by NICE in the UK for people whose symptoms continue after medical care.
The gut and brain communicate constantly through the gut–brain axis. When stress or anxiety rises, the nervous system becomes more alert, digestion becomes more sensitive, and symptoms can flare even when medical tests show everything is clear.
I help retrain that communication loop so your gut can settle again — supporting reduced urgency, bloating, pain, reflux, nausea, and unpredictable bowel habits. Many people also notice improved confidence, reduced anxiety, better sleep, and a greater sense of daily freedom.
My approach integrates CBT, Gut-Directed Hypnotherapy, and nervous system regulation tools to help quiet the stress response, reduce symptom reactivity, and strengthen long-term mind–body resilience.
Sessions are online worldwide, with flexible scheduling to support busy lives.
You don’t have to keep coping on your own. With the right approach, your gut and mind can feel calmer, steadier, and easier to live with again.
