About me

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in High Wycombe for face to face sessions but also offering online treatment to anywhere in the country. As well as being a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, I am also a qualified nurse and midwife. I am approachable and enjoy helping clients make positive and lasting changes to their lives. I tailor individual treatments for my clients, so they can be guided to their own preferred outcomes.

If you are interested in online hypnotherapy but are concerned about how this will work, then please contact me and I can share how this works. If you have a pc, laptop, phone, tablet, iPad, etc, a good internet connection and a comfy chair to sit in, then online therapy is very easy.

I am passionate about helping clients find effective ways to manage their minds and their emotions. I aspire to help create happiness, and hope to educate and help clients move forward with positivity.

I also hold a Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy and am happy to help clients with significant health challenges.

My practice is in High Wycombe and The Lotus Centre in Bourne End. I can offer home visits to surrounding areas and online sessions anywhere.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
