About me

I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist based in High Wycombe, at present offering online treatment to anywhere in the country. As well as being a hypnotherapist and psychotherapist, I am also a qualified nurse and midwife. I am approachable and enjoy helping clients make positive and lasting changes to their lives. I tailor individual treatments for my clients, so they can be guided to their own preferred outcomes.

If you are interested in online hypnotherapy but feel a bit unsure about how this is organised, contact me and I can share how this works. If you have a pc, laptop, phone, tablet, iPad, etc, a good internet connection and a comfy chair to sit in, then online therapy is very easy.

I am passionate about helping clients find effective ways to manage their minds and their emotions. I aspire to help create happiness, and hope to educate and help clients move forward with positivity.

Although I specialise in the treatment of stress and anxiety, I enjoy the variety of other work I do in my practice, which includes Phobia removal, Gastric Band, Smoking cessation, and general confidence work

I hold a Diploma in Medical Hypnotherapy and am a Certified Hypno-Oncology Practitioner. I help clients who have significant health challenges, and offer home visits for local clients (when not in Lockdown)

I offer a free initial consultation, so if you would like to find out more let’s chat on the phone or get together on Zoom, and I can answer your questions and tell you what I can do to help you.

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

I have an interest in Fibromyalgia.
