About me
You may be an adult who is neurodivergent (ADHD, autistic traits, or feeling “different”) and struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, or the effects of past trauma or PTSD.
You might experience constant worry, emotional shutdown, panic, or burnout and feel misunderstood in traditional therapy.
You’re looking for support that understands how your brain works, helps reduce anxiety, and allows you to process trauma safely.
You want clarity, emotional regulation, and a sense of calm so life feels manageable again.
I specialise in therapy for neurodiverse adults, anxiety, and PTSD. My integrative approach adapts therapy to your nervous system and thinking style, combining practical tools with trauma-informed work to reduce anxiety, process past experiences, and build long-term emotional resilience in a safe, supportive way.
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially if previous support didn’t fit. You don’t need to have the right words or know where to begin. We’ll work at your pace, with compassion and understanding, focusing on what feels most important to you.
When you’re ready, reaching out is the first step toward feeling more grounded and supported.

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
