About Me
After personally experiencing the positive impact of hypnotherapy in overcoming anxiety and panic attacks, I was inspired to train as a Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. This journey has been both professionally rewarding and personally transformative.
Alongside my work as a teacher, I run a private hypnotherapy practice, where I support clients in creating meaningful and lasting change. Drawing on my background in psychology, education and evidence-based therapeutic approaches, I provide a supportive and collaborative environment to help individuals overcome challenges, build resilience and achieve their goals.
