About me

I am a UK‑based Hypnotherapist and IEMT (Integral Eye Movement Therapy) practitioner with extensive experience supporting individuals affected by domestic abuse, trauma, and complex mental health challenges. My background in the charity, social care, and behaviour‑support sectors has given me deep insight into the emotional, psychological, and behavioural impacts of abuse and long‑term stress.

Having worked directly with survivors and families for many years, I bring a trauma‑informed, empathetic approach to therapy. I specialise in helping clients understand coercive control, rebuild confidence, and process the effects of CPTSD, childhood trauma, and difficult life experiences. My practice combines hypnotherapy with practical behaviour‑support strategies to help clients break unhelpful patterns, manage anxiety, and move toward healthier coping mechanisms.

Please contact me for a free, no-obligation chat to see how I can help.

Areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Information about health conditions (*)

Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.

Other areas of hypnotherapy I deal with

Having worked for many years with victims and perpetrators of domestic abuse I understand the complexities of the situations and the behaviours involved.

I understand coercive and controlling behaviours and learnt behaviours and how past predicts future and once in a situation how difficult it is to make the change.

If you want support to safety or to support changes for a healthier relationship. Please contact me in complete confidence. This is a journey, at your pace, not a one size fits all.
