About me

Whatever has brought you here — panic attacks that won’t stop, anxiety that follows you everywhere, self-esteem that’s quietly eroded over the years, or a habit you’ve tried and failed to break — you’ve probably already tried other things. Maybe you’ve talked about it endlessly. Maybe nothing has really shifted.
That’s exactly where I come in.
I work differently. Rather than managing your symptoms, I work at the level of the brain itself — helping it do what it’s naturally designed to do: heal. The results are often faster than people expect, and because we’re addressing the root of the problem rather than the surface, they last.
My approach is collaborative. You set the goals, we work towards measurable outcomes together, and I bring a rare combination of therapeutic techniques — including hypnotherapy and Havening — to get you there as efficiently as possible.
In 2014 I was chosen to teach alongside Paul McKenna — not because of my qualifications, but because of my results. That’s what matters to me most: that you leave our work together genuinely, lastingly different.
I work with clients in person in Oxfordshire and online via Zoom — wherever you are in the world.
Call or message me on 07919 415618 — let’s have a conversation about what’s possible for you.

Feel free to get in touch to discuss how we can work together.
