About me

Life can throw many different challenges at us, from everyday stresses and worries to more serious anxieties, phobias, depression and other issues. Perhaps there are important changes that you want to make but need some help to achieve them. I will put my knowledge and experience at your disposal so that, in partnership with you, we can identify the source of your problems and create effective strategies to overcome them. Sometimes all that is needed is to take a different perspective or to identify some resources that you were not aware you had. At other times deeper work is necessary. In all cases the depth and length of treatment will be determined by what is best for you as an individual.

I am a Psychology graduate (BSc, University of London) qualified in hypnotherapy and counselling skills (Dip. Hyp. CS). I follow an integrative approach using strategies that follow theories and methods that are well researched and evidence based, such as Person Centered, Psychodynamic and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

I am passionate about helping people to achieve positive change. I offer confidential, professional and ethical treatment in a warm and welcoming environment within walking distance of Windsor town centre.

“I went to Gloria seeking help for my stress and anxiety disorder. I didn’t know what to expect from my first session but Gloria talked me through the process and made me feel confident in her abilities. I found the whole process to be fascinating and relaxing and I was completely aware of what was happening all the time. Hypnotherapy certainly isn’t anything to be afraid of. Each time I have come out of the session I feel light, refreshed and relived and more able to face challenges in a much calmer fashion. Gloria is a lovely open person whom I am able to speak to very naturally.  I would highly recommend her”.   L.E. Berkshire
