About me

Are you feeling anxious, exhausted, or unlike yourself as you try to cope with anxiety, poor sleep, or the changes of menopause?

If life feels harder than it should, and you’re longing to feel calmer, steadier, and back in control, you’re in the right place.

I’m Deborah, founder of Monarch Hypnotherapy, and I specialise in helping women regain calm, confidence, and a sense of control when life feels overwhelming. Many of the women I work with come to me feeling anxious, worn down by sleepless nights, or struggling with the emotional and physical changes that menopause can bring. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can begin to feel like yourself again - gently, at your own pace.

In our sessions, the focus is always on you; your experiences, your goals, and what you want life to feel like again. Many women come to me feeling nervous, unsure, or sceptical about hypnotherapy, and that’s completely normal. My approach is gentle, evidence-based, and always tailored to you, helping you feel safe, supported, and in control throughout the process.

Creating a calm, non-judgmental space is central to my work, as real change happens when you feel understood and at ease. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable from the very first session, which allows them to relax, engage with the process, and begin noticing positive changes more quickly.

If you’re feeling unsure but curious about how hypnotherapy could help, a free no-obligation Initial Consultation is a gentle first step. We can talk through what’s been happening for you and explore whether working together feels right.
