About me

Hello, my name is Catherine and I am a qualified, enthusiastic and passionate hypnotherapist registered with the National Hypnotherapy Society.

I have a calm, welcoming practice based in the beautiful, historical town of Much Wenlock.

I use hypnotherapy, neuro-linguistic programming strategies and CBT techniques to support a client with a variety issues, individual to their specific needs.

I offer group relaxation sessions which gives clients the opportunity to experience hypnosis in a tranquil, calm environment.

'Mind over Matter' is a 10 week weight loss course, combining psychology, hypnotherapy, NLP strategies and CBT techniques to consider eating habits and develop positive behaviours to support a healthy, natural weight loss.

I believe that we can use the power of our own thoughts to accomplish new goals, change unwanted behaviours and create a calmer mind.
