About me
Annette is offering face to face initial consultations and hypnotherapy sessions at her clinic in the centre of Winchester, Hampshire, or online via Google Meet. In terms of efficacy hypnotherapy is just as effective delivered online as it is if done in person. Annette has a great deal of experience working in this way and Google Meet is her preferred way to deliver online hypnotherapy sessions as there is nothing for clients to sign up to and sessions are encrypted end to end. Online hypnotherapy has been found to be as effective as face to face sessions. Annette is fully insured to work with clients both online and face to face.
Annette MacCaul Hypnotherapy’s clinic is based in the heart of Winchester, and she is an Advanced Hypnotherapist, Specialist Hypnotherapy Practitioner, and Hypnotherapy Tutor. In order to help you realise your full potential Annette uses a variety of hypnotherapy and psychotherapy techniques, tailoring your sessions to your specific needs, to help you to change negative thought patterns so that you can focus on how you want things to be in life, rather than how you don't want them to be. The emphasis of sessions is to help you fully identify what you want to achieve, and envisage what that would be like. Hypnosis is then utilised to seed positive suggestions in the subconscious mind to bring about the changes you seek. In addition to clinical hypnosis Annette offers GHSC accredited training to obtain a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy via Cornwall School of Hypnotherapy.
Annette works with people with many differing issues or problems. She has successfully helped people to reduce their anxiety and/or stress levels, improve sports performance, overcome fears and phobias, stop smoking, and lose weight. Clients have also benefitted from increased motivation, self confidence and self esteem. Annette’s background prior to training as a hypnotherapist was in learning disability services as a senior manager and she is an Anxiety UK approved therapist and an accredited member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy (NCH). In addition to her Hypnotherapy qualifications she also holds a BSc (hons) Nursing and Social Work Studies (Learning Disabilities), and a MA in Health Services Research.

I am a full time, fully qualified hypnotherapist in Winchester, Hampshire. I hold an Advanced Diploma in Hypnotherapy (AdvDipH), a Diploma in Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy (DHP) a Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD), and a Specialist Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (DipSHP).
I am DBS checked and hold full public liability insurance.
I keep my training up to date through Continuing Professional Development (CPD) courses.

Single session of 2.5 to 3 hours. Price includes 12 months telephone support if required
