About me
I am a fully qualified Clinical, Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and certified Trainer of NLP. (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I am also a Trainer of both Hypnotherapy and NLP.
I have been working with clients for over 15 years. I work with clients online. Within my practice I utilise a combination of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). I find that this approach enables people to make changes quickly and effectively within whichever area of their lives they are seeking changes.
I enable my clients to see their possibilities and preferred futures clearly, we then work towards them together. The sessions are filled with humour, laughter and positivity. All you need to bring with you is an open mind!
My specialist fields are helping people overcome Anxiety, insomnia, work related stress and phobias.
I work with teenagers on issues such as exam stress, self esteem and confidence issues. I also work with younger children on issues such as separation anxiety, enuresis, fear of flying.
Training, qualifications & experience
After training as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and working in practice for some years, I became very interested in NLP and what it could bring to my practice as an additional string to my bow. I felt this would add to my 'toolbox' to enable me to help my clients even more. I found that the combination of Hypnotherapy and NLP worked really well and was seeing the benefit for my clients.
This evidence led me to write a course for hypnotherapists to enable them to integrate NLP into their hypnotherapy practices and I currently teach Hypnotherapists too.
I am also constantly keeping abreast of new innovations and updates in my field with regular CPD (Continued Professional Development)
