Hi, I'm Angela.

My approach to hypnotherapy is solution-focused, which means our sessions aren't about revisiting everything that's gone wrong. We spend our time looking at where you want to get to, and we start building toward that from the very first session.

I've been working as a hypnotherapist for over 14 years, supporting adults through anxiety, stress, low confidence, unwanted habits, phobias, chronic health difficulties, and more.
I bring a calm, structured presence to every session, with a clear focus on helping you move forward in a way that feels honest and achievable — not just in theory, but in your actual life.

As a qualified Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Hypnotherapist, I bring a deeper understanding of how the mind works than hypnotherapy training alone can provide. You'll be in experienced, well-trained hands.
With 14 years’ experience, I’ve helped clients reduce anxiety, stress and burnout, improve sleep, build confidence and self-worth, and change patterns linked to habits, fears, phobias, pain and IBS.
