I am a qualified Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapist practitioner and also a qualified supervisor (NCP - 7 Eyed Model of Supervision) and can offer supervision to other therapists. My speciality lies in anxiety, post productive health and pain management. I have much experience in working with children and young people aged 8 years upwards as well as adults. having qualified as a Counsellor in 1993, Hypnotherapist in 2015 and Psychotherapist in 2016 - I have much practical experience in dealing with clients and running a business. I have also taught and mentored a number of students both at University and through the delivery of training.
