Supervision details
I have been supervising hypnotherapists and students for over 19 years, as well as counsellors for several years. My approach to supervision is flexible and tailored to meet the individual needs of each supervisee, whether they are newly qualified or experienced practitioners. I provide a supportive environment that encourages professional growth, self-reflection, and the development of skills to enhance client outcomes.
Currently, I work with a wide range of supervisees, including experienced hypnotherapists and counsellors, as well as an increasing number of newly qualified professionals seeking guidance and confidence as they establish their practices. My supervision is designed to offer practical advice, ethical support, and a space to explore challenges and successes in a collaborative way.
I offer supervision sessions in-person at my office in St Ives, Cambridgeshire, as well as remotely via phone or video, enabling me to support supervisees across the UK. This flexibility ensures that my services are accessible regardless of location, allowing supervisees to fit sessions around their schedules.
In addition to my practical experience, I hold the following qualifications:
Certificate in Hypnotherapy Supervision
Diploma in Supervision Studies (Distinction)
These qualifications, combined with my extensive experience as a hypnotherapist, trainer, and supervisor, allow me to provide a high standard of supervision. I aim to empower my supervisees to grow professionally and personally, while upholding ethical and effective practice in their work with clients.
Whether you’re looking for ongoing support, advice on managing challenging cases, or simply a safe space to reflect on your practice, my supervision services are designed to meet your needs and help you thrive in your professional journey.

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
