About me
More than twenty six years of experience as a Therapist, Life Coach, Trainer of NLP, Hypnosis and Time Line Therapy™ and energy healing.
My mission is to enable clients to heal, transform and empower their lives.
I specialise in helping people release emotional baggage and mental blockages to heal up their PAST, plan their FUTURE and fully live their lives in the PRESENT. I help clients overcome painful emotional issues, including anxiety, depression, Trauma/PTSD, ABUSE (physical, emotional sexual and mental abuse) adults with childhood abuse, Inner Child work.
THERAPY & ENERGY HEALING
I am also a practitioner of EMDR ,Inner child healing, EFT/TFT, Reiki and other energy healing modalities such as Hawaiian Huna & Ho'oponopono, Reiki, Matrix healing and Re-Connective healing. These enable me to offer a unique and a powerful combination of therapies and interventions to help clients overcome their issues at the root cause.

As a therapist, I consider my role is that of a facilitator in your journey to gain your emotional freedom and reclaim your life. I am like a guide who accompany you every step of the way and help you get there comfortably and safely.
My main aim in all the work I do is to empower my clients by helping them overcome their issues and encourage them to take responsibility for themselves and their well-being. I believe that when each of us empower ourselves, it has a rippling effect on everyone around us.
My own experiences
I know that the therapies I use to help you really works, because of my own experiences.
Indeed, I first stumbled on Clinical hypnosis and NLP and Time Line Therapy™ in a desperate attempt to manage chronic stress some twenty eight years ago, when many drugs I was prescribed only made me feel like a zombie. It took no more than a few hours (longer than I take now because at first I was resisting!) to over come emotional baggage and was able to manage the stress.
Years later, in 2006 I was diagnosed with cancer when I used every intervention I had studied and practiced for years to help myself to speed up the healing and successfully overcame cancer and have remained free from it ever since. Clinical hypnotherapy was a key player in helping me. I can now say it with certainty that what I have learned and practiced really works.
While I cannot heal you or fix you in any way, because I believe only you the client can do that for yourself but, I can promise you to do my very best to help you.
I practice in London, Exeter in Devon. I also offer sessions on line (SKYPE).

Training, qualifications & experience
I first trained in clinical hypnosis with the London Collage of Clinical hypnosis and attained my Diploma from the British Medical Hypnotherapy Examination Board in 1998. I went on to study NLP and Time line Therapy™ (training with Tad James PhD who developed Time Line Therapy™) and became a certified Trainer of NLP, Time Line Therapy™ and Hypnosis between 1998 and 2000.
Seeking to improve on what I do, I continued my training and over the past few years became a practitioner of Re-Connective Healing with its developer Dr Eric Pearl, Thought Field Therapy with its developer Dr Roger Callahan, EFT and Matrix Re-Imprinting with Karl Dawson, Hawaiian energy healing in Hawaii, Reiki, and Qigong in China. I am a practitioner of Hawaiian Energy healing including the forgiveness and reconciliation process of HO'OPONOPONO (particularly helpful in healing up relationships)
Over the years I have also attended many workshops and seminars by Dr Deepak Chopra, Dr Bruce Lipton, Joe Dispenza, Gregg Braden and others.
Since my initial studies in clinical hypnosis I went on to delve deeper in to scientific aspects of hypnosis, especially in psychoneuroimmunology and attained my BSc in Clinical Hypnosis in 2011.
My training and considerable experience has enable me to offer a form of brief therapy that enables me to assist clients to resolve their issues from the root cause and without spending days if not years in therapy.
