About me

I am a trauma-informed therapist providing counselling & hypnotherapy to treat a wide variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, childhood trauma, grief & loss, relationship and sexuality issues, gender issues, eating disorders, addictions, self-harm and other self-defeating behaviours.

I have a special interest in treating anxiety disorders and anxiety related conditions. These include Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD), Social Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Panic Attacks, PTSD, Chronic-PTSD & OCD; as well as simple and complex phobias such as, spiders, flying, heights, agoraphobia and performance anxiety.

I also provide hypnotherapy that can be incorporated into treatment plans with issues such as Stress, Self-esteem & Confidence, or to treat issues that respond very well to hypnotherapy on its own, such as Weight Loss & Management, Smoking Cessation, Fears & Phobias, Exam Nerves, Driving Test Nerves, Public Speaking and Many More.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a Hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the Hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.
