A little about myself, I run my private practice in two locations in London Liverpool Street EC2M 4NS and Harley Street W1G 9PF where I see the client's for one-to-one therapy and coaching sessions as well as running training courses. With many years’ experience helping individuals to overcome a multitude of issues including anxiety, self-esteem, healthy eating, menopause, relationship/marital issues, sports performance, pain management, phobia, stress management, irritable bowels syndrome, depression, sexual identity, bereavement, and loss.
I am also no stranger to life’s challenging issues and I find that this can be a very good resource for helping others come to terms with and resolving theirs. I assist by providing the guidance and support to help individuals to see a way forward and providing them with effective strategies and tools to transform their lives. clearing out any negative thoughts and empower them to make clear and informed choices, strengthening them with natural abilities strengths and gifts to inspire and motivate them to realize their potential, 'power and control over experiences in your life'.
The model I apply, known as integrative, this allows me to gain access to the subconscious mind in order to get to the root of the problem. This Clinical application combining Hypnotherapy, Psychotherapy techniques, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Coaching, Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), depends on your condition and what you wish to achieve.
The number of sessions that you choose to book will vary according to the nature of your presenting issue and the depth to which you would like to explore it.

Our surgery is situated from Oxford Circus Station a short walk towards John Lewis on your right-hand side turn right to walk toward Cavendish Square a short walk from 10 and 12 Harley Street. Come on in and let the receptionist know you are here to see Beverley Sinclair at Hypnowellbeing.
The nearest tube stations are Bond Street (Central and Jubilee Lines) and Oxford Circus (Victoria, Bakerloo and Central Lines). Both are only a short walk away.
How to get here Our Liverpool Street Surgery
Our surgery is situated from in the heart of the City’s Liverpool Street station (Bishopsgate Exit) walk to the road and cross to the other side. Turn left. Victoria Avenue (a narrow passageway) will be on your right-hand side of the police station and Wasabi. Longcroft House is located at the end of this passageway. Come on in and let the receptionist know you’re here to see Beverley Sinclair at Hypnowellbeing.
You can also get to us from many other surrounding destinations tub stations such as Moorgate, Bank and Aldgate. If you’re travelling over ground you’ll find me near Fenchurch Street Station, Barbican and London Bridge.
