About me

I practice in Minehead in Somerset. I deal with many problems including :-

Stop Smoking, Phobias i.e fear of flying, fear of spiders etc. Anxiety, Weight management, Insomnia, Confidence Building, IBS, relaxation, blushing and much much more.

A large number of my clients suffer with anxiety in various forms, which can have a debilitating affect on their lives. I can help them with this by teaching them skills which they can use in their everyday life and, indeed, for the rest of their lives. This in turn gives them the confidence to deal with situations which they have previously avoided, thus putting them back in control of their lives.

I also help alot of clients to stop smoking. This is done in just one session and I have had a huge success rate, so much so that the majority of clients whom I see are referred to me by past clients of mine who have quit smoking through hypnosis.

Weight management is also very successful through hypnotherapy as is Confidence Building as well as many other problems/conditions.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and have a Cert. Ed and Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy.

I am also an Associated member of The British Society of Clinical Hypnosis (BSCH) which is an organisation which governs the code of practice and ethics of it's members. Membership of the Society is only open to those who have acquired the requisite professional and clinical training in the major aspects of Psychology, Psychotherapy and Hypnotherapy.

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
