About me

To celebrate this new year 2021- I'm offering 10% discount on first sessions* For the rest of 2021   (click on website above for details) - Clinics  BIRMINGHAM, WORCESTER, BROMYARD & LEDBURY - QUIT SMOKING, lose WEIGHT, gain CONFIDENCE, overcome fears & ANXIETY (see list below) PHONE, VIDEO AND FACE TO FACE CONSULTATIONS AVAILABLE.

Having originally trained with the Worcester college of Curative Hypnotherapy I now work in both the Worcester/Hereford and Birmingham areas. (Worcester central, Bromyard, Ledbury,  & Kings norton & Kings heath in Birmingham).

I use an integrated approach toings  treatment, using a mix of Hypnotherapy, counselling, e.f.t., n.l.p. and time line therapy, and life coaching as appropriate. I have found this flexible method the most effective as it can be tailored to suit the individual.

By way of empowering my clients I believe in teaching them self help techniques including: self hypnosis and e.f.t. which can be very effective in speeding up positive changes.

Hypnotherapy also helps overcome : Addictions, anxiety, exam nerves, insomnia, fear of flying, fear of dental treatment, low self esteem, depression and anxieties and many other areas. If you are a performing artist, or sports or business person these treatments will also help you to excel in your particular field.
Studies have also shown that hypnotherapy is the best way to quit smoking..

Please feel free to contact me for advice or bookings either by phone (07771 936509) or e mail stephenhusbands@googlemail.com

Home visits are also available.
