Hi. I am a friendly, successful, professional Hypo-psychotherapist practising in Ormskirk and I am a member of the Complimentary & Natural Healthcare Council (approved by the Department of Health), The National Register of Hypnotherapists and Psychotherapists, The Council of Advanced Hypnotherapists, The Register of Approved Gastrointestinal Psychotherapists and Hypnotherapists and The Association of the Advancement of Meridian Energy Therapies. As an integrative therapist, I am highly trained to Masters level in what are widely regarded as the most cutting-edge, effective and accelerated therapies.
Within my personal approach to treatment I use hypnotherapy and psychotherapy in conjunction with CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming and EFT (Emotional Freedom Therapy) to deliver a gentle but powerful approach to therapy within a caring and confidential environment.
With a successful track record of working with a wide range of personal issues such as smoking cessation, weight control, confidence, fears and phobias, blushing, pain control, performance enhancement, exam nerves and anger management, I also have further specialist training in IBS, stress, anxiety, depression, childbirth and fertility. Allow me to share my wealth of experience and techniques to help you live a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life.

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
