Having worked in this field for many years combining several therapies which include Life Coaching and Counselling you can be reassured of my personal care for you.

I am a licenced Hypno-Band practitioner.
I have had great success with clients losing up to 9 stone so far!
It changes your whole relationship with food.
Food becomes a friend rather than an enemy and you "eat to live" rather than "live to eat"

Hypnotherapy-£50 per session (concessions available for those on low income)

Hypno Band Weight Loss System- £295 (payable at the first session and non refundable)
This includes four hypnotherapy sessions (the hypno band being fitted in the third session) along with full support and three CDs in the weight loss pack
