About me

Hypnotherapy can help you make changes in your life. These changes will come through changing your way of thinking and changing the way you do things. Hypnotherapy can make a huge difference in the way you feel, in the way you act and in the way you live your life. My emphasis in therapy is to help you make those changes you want to make through an appreciation of yourself and increased confidence within yourself.  If you are wondering if hypnotherapy can help I am happy to talk things through with you either by telephone or e-mail.

Training, qualifications & experience

I trained with the Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy in London and qualified in 2002 and hold their diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis and Psychotherapy. I hold the Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma and am a member of the National Council of Hypnotherapy and the National Society of Hypnosis and Psychotherapy.
I am a member of the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council.
I am a certified hypnotic fertility practitioner having trained with Sharon Mustard.
I enjoy working with children and young people having trained with Lynda Hudson, a recognised expert in this area of expertise.

Accessibility

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
