About me

My specialism is Habit Breaking - whether that be physical habits like smoking, drinking or over-eating - or emotional habits like anxiety, panic attacks and phobia.

Habits are our automatic reactions - and hypnotherapy helps you to break the triggers and stop the reactions.

I am a Specialist Stop Smoking hypnotherapist with over 18 years' experience of helping people like you to quit smoking in just one session.  Cut your drinking and take control in one session.

I can help you Lose Weight and Get Healthy by changing the way you think about food, changing what you eat, when you eat, how much you eat and why you eat. We don't do diets or virtual gastric bands because we don't need to. After a session you'll be saying "I just didn't want that" and "I didn't think about that" whatever that food is! I offer single sessions or a Special Discounted Package of 4 sessions for those who need to lose more than about 2 stone.

I use the same processes to help you cut down on the amount of alcohol you drink - most people don't want to stop completely (although we can do this). They just want to be in control. If that's you then why not give me a call?

Using advanced hypnotherapy and NLP we can stop panic attacks and manage anxiety in one session.

I also offer sessions for Confidence Building and presentation skills, removing phobia, anger management and removing guilt and dealing with problems from the past that still affect your life.

If you'd like to understand the difference between addiction and habit please let me explain!

All sessions are one-to-one, personalised to your issues and the results you want to achieve and take about 90 minutes. Call me for a chat and we can talk through how I can help you. When you book an appointment you will receive a recording to listen to with more information about what I do and how it works and a hypnotherapy session to use at home so you can experience what hypnosis feels like before you come!

I am a certified Trainer and Master Practitioner of NLP (INLPTA) and a Master Practitioner of Hypnotherapy, Senior member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and fully insured.

I am based in Leeds City Centre at the Radisson Blu Hotel on The Headrow.

Please take a look on my website at the feedback from my clients.

The General Hypnotherapy Register

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).

Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.

All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
