QUIT SMOKING WITH HYPNOTHERAPY
I have an extremely powerful quit smoking process, that has helped hundreds of people to stop smoking over the years that I have been practicing.
My quit smoking session is usually a one off session. Should any follow up sessions be required within the first month, you can see me as often as you like as part of the initial fee. The most important criteria when considering stopping smoking, is that you absolutely want to stop. If that’s in place, we can deal with all the rest!
I have been working with stopping smoking for many years now and there are 5 common unhelpful beliefs that keep smokers as smokers. Whether you have one or all 5 of these unhelpful belief systems, stopping smoking without removing them can be a difficult undertaking. I will work with you to remove any limiting beliefs before conducting the hypnosis session.
You can become a non smoking in just one session. The stop smoking session starts with working with your belief systems around smoking and stopping smoking and creating a mindset of being a non smoker and the second half of the session is the hypnosis session, to reinforce your belief system that you a non smoker.

Sometimes we build up beliefs in ourselves that are unresourceful and hold us back in life. The Thrive programme is run over 4 - 6 weeks where you get to understand exactly how you are creating those beliefs, understanding how external your locus of control is - and most importantly, how to change that to an internal locus of control. Having an internal locus of control is key to having control over your life and determining the direction of your thoughts, reactions and behaviours. Self esteem issues are addressed. You gain insight into what creates a self esteem - just how old your self esteem is, and what you can do to change that.
Public speaking is ranked very highly on the "worst thing I could possibly do" list! It needn't be that way. Once you start to understand how you are creating that anxiety within yourself, you can start to take control of it. Having taken many clients through overcoming their fear of public speaking, I know you probably don't believe that statement! The difference between someone who doe not have a fear of public speaking and one who does, all boils down to what they are doing inside their mind. You can take back control and learn the skills of someone who speaks publicly with ease and confidence.
Emetophobia is an extreme fear of vomiting and can be extremely debilitating and severely restrict one's life. It is also a condition that can be overcome, with the right support and guidance. I use the Thrive Emetophobia Programme to when working with this condition and have had incredible results.
