Some feed back from clients.

From Tom who had a fear of flying and Anxiety

I am currently just turning professional at golf, I doubted my abilities and had problems with travelling because of claustrophobia and my main fear was flying, which I needed to overcome to be successful in life, I have had 3 sessions and I have no fears I think about the past and remember my fears but I have no anxiety to stop me, I will now be turning professional in April thanks to Pete helping me overcome my fears and becoming very positive.

Feedback from a recent client to stop smoking

I have been feeling amazing since the session. Not only do I have the will power to not smoke but also the benefits that come with it have reinforced that will power 100 times over. I feel more confident, awake, social, caring to my family, driven to bigger business and life ventures and overall healthy. The mp3’s help every few weeks to relax and re-focus me.I was worried over Christmas and new year as it’s usually a time in previous years where smoking was almost a necessity, but this year I breezed through it with eaze! I would now much rather get a good night’s sleep than stay up to smoke. So thank you, what you have done for me is priceless. I don’t mean to get too deep on you but I really feel I am a changed man.Paul

From a frozen shoulder client.

Pete, thank you so much for all the help you have given me with my frozen shoulder. After months of physio and a steroid injection it wasn’t until I had hypnotherapy with you that I received any relief. The difference in unbelievable, I now have full use of my arm and no longer feel any pain.

Fear of spiders

Hey Pete,

I hope you are all well. I just thought I would let you know yesterday I held 2 tarantulas! It was a surreal experience but I am so proud of myself and still in shock that I actually done it. Thankyou.

Allie

The brain is a powerful organ when you think about what it does. It regulates heartbeat, blood pressure, instantly dealing with changes in the body such as damage, temperature, fight or flight. It is a subconscious action so we don’t have to think about it. Of course, it also activates feelings, habits, actions and behaviours according to our beliefs and expectations. Like breathing, these beliefs and expectations run automatically in the background. Experience teaches us habits and feelings, which may have been useful at the time, but can become a hindrance, as we get older. Naturally, we can adapt and change as we need to but some changes can create inner conflict. The conflict is between what we want and expect on a conscious level and what we believe and expect subconsciously. This is where Hypnosis can help you, by resolving the conflicts and brining your conscious and subconscious into alignment so that you too can make or complete healthy positive changes in your life.

Taster/Relaxation

If you are unsure of hypnotherapy I run Taster /Relaxation sessions where I will explain about hypnosis and how it can help. If you are looking to work on something at some point in the future we can discuss it. You can then experience hypnosis as a relaxation session and take a CD/mp3 away to relax when you want to. Many of my clients feel a sense of calm for a while after the session. There is a £15 discount when you book a full session after having a Taster/Relaxation
