About me

I am a Senior Clinical Hypnotherapist with 35 years of experience, using the latest and most powerful techniques to resolve your problems as rapidly as possible. I am a Research Hypnotherapist. Everything evolves, and so does hypnotherapy - I do not use slow, and often painful, analytical styles unless some needs it.

I use either:

  • 'Old School' Traditional Clinical Hypnotherapy. This is one session a week over several weeks for those clients that want to work slowly or analyse their problems.
  • Or The Flourish Programme. This is a system that I have developed over 15 years of research. You will not find it listed on this site. It is way beyond the standard hypnotherapy techniques available.

These phenomenal techniques work really well on children and adolescents. Go it my children's hypnotherapy site. See details below.

Much of the therapy work I do is based on Neuroscience, Evolutionary Psychology, Positive Psychology and other areas of up-to-date research. I am not stuck in 'old school' psychological theory. I work with how the brain-mind actually works.

I teach The Flourish Programme as a Level 5 Post-Graduate hypnotherapy course.

Why is this good for you?

I do not go digging into the past to analyse your problem. Together we use these powerful life enhancing techniques to change the way you feel about the problem straight away. When you are ready your brain can let go of a problem in seconds - not months.

I only use light trance work and you are quite aware. However; amazingly can feel the positive changes as they happen! They are that fast.

So; if you are looking for rapid results to end your pain ASAP, using someone with 1,000's of hours clinical experience - I could be the person you are seeking.

Incredibly rapid results may be achieved, for many people, in a single 2 hour session. Some people may need an additional 1 hour session. Sometimes we can shift two related problem in just 2 hours!

Much of my work is to help people with anxieties bad habits and addictions. Please be aware that some habits do take longer to quit than others. Also hypnotherapy is not the best way for some people.

Anxieties and Phobias, confidence, self-esteem and empowerment building generally require just a single 2 hour session.

As well as standard weight loss hypnosis I provide Gastric Band Hypnotherapy. (I also teach this unique method to hypnotherapists from all over the country).

Eyes open and Content Free Therapy

I do not even need to know details of your problem - you can just say "Anxiety" and the techniques will still work. A significant number of people do this work out of trance and with their eyes op

One call could change your life or the life of someone you love.
