About me

I practice from Pontardawe but will visit homes and offices. I work with several medical professionals in the area. I also work directly with local companies helping solve stress problems in the work place and helping individuals to improve performance.

In my practice I work on stress relief, pain control, performance in sport, business and personal life. I also work to stop smoking and help weight loss. I use EMDR with persons suffering post traumatic stress disorders. I have no set time for my consultations and see people form 7am to 8pm Monday to Saturday even some Sunday mornings.

I have even worked with people at their gyms and golf clubs to help training programs. I have a simple direct approach that includes the client at every step of the process.
