About me

I practise Solution Focused Hypnotherapy and Psychotherapy helping clients work towards their preferred future, rather than focusing on their past problems, through a mix of "talking therapy" and hypnosis.  I trained in Solution-Focused Hypnotherapy at the Clifton Practice and received my Hypnotherapy Practitioner Diploma (HPD) known as the "gold standard" of qualifications within the industry.

Using hypnotherapy I am able to help with addictions, anxiety, quitting smoking, weight loss and management, fears and phobias, panic attacks, anger management, insomnia and sleep disorders, sexual issues, depression, tinnitus, pain management, low self-esteem and confidence, bruxism, irritable bowl syndrome, public speaking, blushing, stuttering, tics and twitches, work and sports performance, fertility and hypnobirthing as well as a host of other issues.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.
