About me

I'm an experienced Cognitive Hypnotherapist specialising in helping adults and young people who need help overcoming anxiety and anxiety related issues. I also work with people struggling with depression, stress, confidence issues, fertility stress, phobias, food/eating phobias and overcoming traumas.

So often we get stuck in a loop of negative feedback with our thoughts and beliefs getting in our way. Stopping us living the life we want to live, often causing us stress and anxiety. By identifying and releasing these unconscious beliefs you can become free of these limitations. Helping you grow personally and professionally into the best version of you.

I use a combination of traditional and modern techniques such as NLP, Gestalt, CBT, Positive Psychology, EMI and neuroscience. This helps me be flexible and alter our sessions to meet your needs.

Our work together is a partnership and I will do my best to help you feel as secure and comfortable as possible. I appreciate that often we have been carrying these things around for a long time and the prospect of opening up and looking for change is unsettling, for this reason I work at your pace and alter my techniques to meet your needs.

Do you feel stuck, but you can’t put your finger on it? Trapped in bad habits or behaviours which are stifling progress, leaving you feeling frustrated or unhappy?

Cognitive Hypnotherapy can help get to the bottom of these and release that feeling. It works by uncovering our negative beliefs and thoughts linked to the issue and taking the emotion out of them. This then enables us to work towards your ‘solution state’ which is basically how you want to be and how you want to live your life. Providing you with the courage or confidence to grow and develop.

If you haven't yet spoken with me get in touch and book a free introductory call. This way I can explain how I work and answer any questions you may have. This provides both of us with the chance to get to know each other and decide if I am a good fit!

How Many Sessions Will I Need & How Much Will It Cost?

Cognitive hypnotherapy is a rapid therapeutic technique compared to other talking therapies or counselling.  I ask all clients for a minimum commitment of between 3-6 sessions to see and feel the positive effects of our work together.

Therapy is an investment in yourself and I think it is important to be committed to the work that we carry out together.  A block of 3 sessions is £330 and 6 sessions is £600 which you can pay in 2/3 installments.

Complimentary Telephone Consultation.

Please get in contact for a zero commitment phone consultation.  It is really important for you to make the right decision and to see if I am the right therapist for you. I am happy to talk to you through this and help you make that choice.  I can talk through how I work and what cognitive hypnotherapy is and answer all your questions.

If you decide that what I offer isn’t suitable I am more than happy to guide you towards the right therapist or therapy which might work for you.

What customer say

"I was a real cynic when it came to techniques to managing stress and building confidence in the workplace, assuming I would just 'get over it'.  The work I did with Victoria completely changed my view on this and the results came immediately after my first few sessions. I remember the great feeling and inner confidence I had when I went back to the workplace and did my next big presentation.  I now feel loads more confident public speaking." - Director at Oracle

"Coaching - Victoria has a real warmth and shows a willingness to explore thoughts and feelings which makes it feel easy to open up… she is both insightful and supportive.  She has a calm and easy manner, and I have come away from sessions with her feeling as though I have really learned something about myself." - Andrea Brighton

"Through my work with Victoria, I was able to explore origins of my unhelpful thought patterns and behaviours. We worked together and she taught me various skills and practices, she made recordings that I am able to use and implement in my daily life. I have found this experience really useful, helpful and now have a greater sense on control." Lana - Hackney

"Through my sessions with Victoria I realised that I had a fear of success. Once Victoria helped me shine a light on this I was able to make significant changes to my life. I resigned from a job which made me unhappy and now my new career is going from strength to strength. This process has helped me learn from my past and view it with compassion and empathy rather than resentment and shame.  I can't thank her enough. "  Laura - Hackney
