About me

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, have low self esteem or have lost someone recently?

Perhaps you want to lose weight or wish to stop smoking and have tried many other ways but lack the will power.

How Hypnotherapy can help:

I can provide Hypnotherapy as as stand alone therapy or combined with Counselling.

Hypnotherapy is a trance like state where you are more suggestible to accepting change that is acceptable to you. I can't make you changed something that you would fundamentally disagree with. For example if you want to lose weight, I can suggest that certain foods are less desirable to you but I can't suggest a food you hate will suddenly become tasty to you as it wouldn't work.

What to expect from your first session:

We would sit down and talk during your consultation about what you want from your hypnotherapy and effectively design the bones of your hypnotherapy together. I would also spend 10 minutes gently taking you into a trance state (like being asleep) and having you mentally take a walk on the beach or through a park (examples). I would then bring you back around and allow you to let me know if you still would like to have sessions.  If you would like to combine your hypnotherapy with counselling I may book a longer consultation so that we talk through what you would like to get from both therapies.

About me:

I am calm, emphatic non-judgemental and friendly. I would be very happy to work with you through your journey at a pace that works for you.

I am fully qualified to offer sessions that integrate both Hypnotherapy and Counselling to support you fully, safely and effectively to feel better within yourself. I will be there as your guide during hypnosis and alongside you during counselling to help you along the path you need to take.
