My therapy is based on three things:
I underwent my training in three different schools of hypnotherapy to be able to use various techniques to help clients.
In the Joy Gower School of Hypnotherapy, I learnt classical hypnosis with subliminal messages and helping scripts. It’s a gentle way of reversing unwanted behaviour and symptoms, based on Milton Erikson’s teachings.
In Ali Campbell’s Academy I picked up the ways of re-setting your subconscious mind to desired “settings” using advanced NLP techniques. This method encourages your subconscious to forget the old unhelpful ways and re-starts the processes in the new, healthy way.
Finally, 5-PATH® training with Cal Banyan introduced me to a therapeutic method based on dipping into client’s emotions. This method finds the root cause of the problem and removes it at its source. The process feels like going through a psychotherapy at a high speed.
Some clients prefer to be induced in a deep trance and have a hypnotherapist to talk to their subconscious mind to fix the problem. While others are willing (or very keen) to face the traumas they’ve been carrying inside all their lives and do the deep work together with the therapist to stop those events affecting their lives.
Your therapy will take as many sessions as it is necessary for your particular case. Some issues disappear after one – two sessions. Others require significant work with the 5-PATH® system.
I will tailor your therapy according to your needs and advise you during the initial consultation how we will be working on your problem. Having various methods in my toolbox allows me to approach clients’ issues from different angles and bring about long-lasting changes.

The General Hypnotherapy Register
Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC).
Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level.
All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.

Information about health conditions (*)
Hypnotherapy can enhance the well-being of individuals diagnosed with serious medical conditions, but should not take the place of medical treatment and advice. If you have been diagnosed with - or suspect you may have - any of these conditions, please speak to your doctor before starting hypnotherapy.
