About me

I am a qualified hypnotherapist and counsellor, providing hypnotherapy from a calm and relaxing private therapy room in the heart of Old Town, Swindon.  I offer free in-depth consultations before sessions - providing individual or a package of sessions, depending on needs.

Hypnotherapy is highly effective in helping to change unhelpful thoughts and beliefs which have developed over time and are starting to impact negatively on everyday life.  We are not born with overwhelming anxiety, low self-esteem, low-confidence, phobias and unhelpful habits.  Through hypnotherapy thought patterns can be reprogrammed and reframed providing more helpful, positive beliefs and more suitable behaviours.
