About me

Following in-depth Consultation, Tessa writes highly personalised, results-focused sessions for each client. You may only need one session.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool for harnessing your own subconscious to explore a life of less limitations. You can unlearn fears, habits, beliefs, behaviours and replace these with more beneficial beliefs & behaviours, for a fuller life that exceeds expectation.

Tessa practices at Light Centre in Belgravia, London, or remotely, online. Clinical Hypnotherapy works very well online with excellent results.

From January 2021 Tessa will be based on Gozo, near Malta so will visit London every few months for 1:1 therapy, whilst always working remotely, online.

Training, qualifications & experience

Diploma in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Hypnobirthing from Institute of Clinical Hypnotherapy.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
