About me

I am passionate about supporting individuals through face to face or online means. Approaches that suit and support the individual best. These can include Person-centered Psychotherapy, Counselling, Clinical Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy Work, EFT /Tapping, EMDR, Gestalt Therapy, Inner Child , Rapid Transformational Therapy and other brief strategic therapies.

Special interest in Anger management and the development of healthy balanced resilient minds of all ages. Experienced with adult and teenage life challenges.

Personally, I am a father of four now-adult children and have experienced life changes and developed key strategies to help myself and others lead their life to the full.

This includes creating confident, contented children, contented families, contented selves.
I have many years’ experience in many roles. With a keen interest in personal development and working with individuals enabling them to promote and motivate themselves and engage others to the best of their abilities.

Changes in life are inevitable, dealing with change or making change happen can be challenging.

Further information

Telephone & Online sessions available from £50 . This is payable in advance.

Online of telephone sessions are subject to a £25 cancellation fee if not notified within 24 hours of the appointment. Fee's fully refunded if terminated by technical issues or lack of service.

For face to face sessions a cancellation fee of £40 will be charged if not notified 24 hours before an appointment.

I cannot accept responsibility if past or present medical or health issues are not disclosed in confidence upon starting therapy.

If you are being prescribed any drugs from a GP or using UN-prescribed drugs this must be disclosed upon the start of therapy. Your Doctors written consent may have to be provided before commencement of therapy.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs.
