About me

How are you coping with whatever the new normal looks like for you and your loved ones? These are tough times and I am here to support you to improve your sleep, manage your anxiety and generally enjoy life more. It is still possible, even in these difficult times to find reasons for joy. I can help you via an online therapy session or a group workshop (managing anxiety, reducing stress) if you and your friends or colleagues would like to be supported in that way

I am an experienced solution focused hypnotherapist who can help clients alleviate the symptoms of a range of conditions. These include stress, anxiety, grief, phobias, chronic pain and much more.

Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy

The Association for Solution Focused Hypnotherapy (AfSFH) was set up to provide information about a modern form of Hypnotherapy and its associated benefits to members of the public. The main aim of the AfSFH is to spread awareness of the benefits of Solution Focused Hypnotherapy. Its secondary aim is to support Hypnotherapists in their businesses by encouraging good practice and self-care.

Wheelchair user access

Wheelchair-accessible premises should have step-free access for wheelchair users and individuals who are unable to climb stairs. If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
