Hello! I’m Tanya, a solution-focused hypnotherapist helping people who feel overwhelmed, anxious, burnt out, or stuck in constant overdrive. I work with ADHD clients, burnt-out parents, and busy professionals ready for change. Together, we find calm in the chaos, enhancing focus, energy, and emotional regulation.
My approach combines Solution-Focused Brief Therapy and embodiment practices. We set clear goals, shift mindsets, and use breathwork, movement, and visualisation to release stress and reconnect with your body’s natural rhythms. Every session adapts to your needs, helping you create real, lasting change with ease.

Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) helps you set clear, realistic goals and find creative solutions. By focusing on your gifts, strengths and resources, you begin to design your future (rather than talk about the past).
What is Embodiment?
I use embodiment tools to help you tune into your body, release stress, and move through tension with ease. You’ll feel more grounded, present, and in control through simple practices like breathwork, movement, and visualisation. Every session is tailored to fit your needs, because real change isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Member organisations

Hypnotherapists may become members of the General Hypnotherapy Register if they satisfy certain criteria with regard to both training and ongoing requirements as determined from time to time by the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council (GHSC). Members are either registered at Practitioner status (which confirms that the GHR acknowledges their qualification to practice), or Affiliate status. Although Affiliate level registrants will have completed a sufficient number of training hours to equip them to commence seeing clients on a limited basis, the GHR does not acknowledge them to have yet been trained to full practitioner level. All GHR Registered Practitioners are required to accept the published Code of Ethics and Complaints & Disciplinary Procedure.
