Further information

Losing Weight with Hypnotherapy
I have been helping people with weight and eating problem for over 25 years with a combination of Hypnotherapy, Kinesiology and NLP techniques in order to offer a completely personalized therapy. I may initially use Kinesiology to ascertain if there are any contributing physiological problems to an inability to lose weight (i.e. thyroid, faulty fat metabolism, low blood sugar, etc)

Every client is different, so each session is tailored to the individual. My approach will help you not only to lose weight without dieting but to change your relationship with food so that the weight loss is permanent. You will feel back in control and soon regain your self esteem. A few sessions is often all that is necessary. The sessions are usually two weeks apart, and you will be given a hypnosis CD to listen to at home to help keep the motivation topped up.

Hypnosis isn’t a magic wand, you have to have a willingness to change. However, with the help of hypnosis you really can master your mind, master your eating habits and get back in the driving seat of your life. How good is that going to feel!!

Giving up Smoking

Forget about all the people that say you SHOULD stop smoking. How do you feel about it? If you finally want to get back in the driving seat of your life then it is time to go for it. Nicotine is the most addictive drug there is. Yes, including heroin so you're going to need help.

I offer a combination of Hypnosis, NLP and Kinesiology in a two hour session. This is usually all it takes for most people to stop smoking and stay stopped for good. You will also get all the tools you need to resist the urge to replace cigarettes with food, and thereby avoid gaining weight.

I charge just £90 for the two hours and this includes a hypnosis CD for you to listen to at home to keep the motivation topped up.

Phobia Clearing
I use a powerful combination of Kinesiology, NLP and Hypnotherapy to clear phobias. All that is usually needed is a two hour session to clear flight phobias or fear of dentists, needles, etc.

Other areas that I can help with is in helping people lift their spirits and break free of their limitations, so they can enjoy personal power, self esteem, confidence and freedom, fears and phobias, insomnia, anxiety and depression. In short, hypnotherapy can help with any problem you're finding hard to handle on your own - thoughts and actions you'd like to banish or acquire, assist you to reach your goals, change behavioral patterns or help with emotional suffering that is overwhelming or persistent.

Kinesiology and Clinical Nutrition
It is a fact that many problems that appear to be emotional may have a physiological cause. For instance, mood swings may the symptoms of fluctuations of blood sugar, anxiety/panic attacks may be adrenal depletion and weight gain and/or depression may be caused by an underactive thyroid. Therefore, the initial consultation will often start with an 'MOT' and continue with whatever is appropriate for the individual client. The MOT is carried out with Kinesiology and with a comprehensive set of test kits, I can test for vitamin/mineral deficiencies, hormone imbalances and dysfunctions in the glands and organs and not only test for but clear allergies - food and airborne. I can also test for toxins such as Candida, toxic metals (i.e., mercury), viruses, etc. Based on the results of this, I shall prescribe supplementation, advise on diet, etc to correct it.
