About me

If you have a fear, a relationship issue, anxiety or any other issue that is holding you back from living the life you want, then come and talk to me.

I am based near the centre of Wells in Somerset.  I offer confidential psychotherapy sessions to those with issues affecting their lives.

In our sessions we can discuss anything you wish to bring to the therapy room.  This is your time to talk to someone who is non-judgemental and will give you the time to express your feelings and concerns.  Then, with my help, you choose how you would prefer to feel rather than the way you currently do.  I will devise a therapy plan and help you achieve the results you desire.

Your first consultation is free.  This gives us a chance to discuss the issue(s) you wish to address.  During this free session I will ask lots of questions so that we can both understand where you are in your life.

Then we plan the way forward for you. I have a range of therapy options to offer - these include Hypnotherapy, Hypnoanalysis, BWRT, WSN, NLP and Time-Line Therapy.  So, I can offer a programme tailored to your particular needs.

In each session after your initial consultation, we will work together to bring you to a better state of being.  These sessions normally last an hour.  The number of sessions will depend on what you wish to address – a simple phobia can often be dealt with in just one session.  Self-esteem issues may take longer – but normally four to six sessions.

I’ve helped my clients break through the obstacles that seem to be holding them back. Life is too short to be fearful, unhappy, unsure, or unfulfilled. I use effective and tested psychotherapy methods to encourage self-understanding and enable you to adopt new attitudes and feelings towards life situations.  If you can change your self-defeating behaviour and feelings of sadness, fear, or pain you will achieve life-altering results.  Clients are often surprised at how quickly their lives can change.  Something that has been weighing heavily on them for years, can suddenly disappear.  I love the look of surprise on the face of my clients when they realise that old feeling has gone!

I have successfully helped clients with:

·         Trauma from a road traffic accident

·         Prolonged grief over the death of a parent

·         Guilt from an abortion

·         Fear of snakes (including when seeing a photo of a snake)

·         Trauma from a past abusive relationship

·         Anger issues

·         Fear of small spaces

·         Self –esteem issues

·         Jealousy in a relationship

·         Exam fear

·         Anxiety of being alone at home

·         Anxiety over health issues

·         Anxiety over driving

Booking a session is easy - you can email me, telephone me, message me through facebook, or use the booking page on facebook or on my website.   If you cannot make any of the sessions on the calendar do give me a call - I can be flexible on days and times.

If you live in the Somerset area, I very much look forward to being able to help you make positive changes.
