Does life seem like a constant struggle? Feel like you're on a hamster wheel and can't get off? Or feel so exhausted that you just make it from one day to the next?
If this sounds like you, I can help. Just imagine what it might feel like to stop the struggle, get off that wheel and start to enjoy life again.
Hypnotherapy can help you to achieve this.
I love helping people to get their mojo back, feel more in control and energised, which means that you can live your life well
I'm a fully qualified Cognitive Hypnotherapist and Master NLP practitioner. This means that I've lots of flexible ways to help with any issue that you bring to my treatment room.
People often struggle with anxiety, stress, depression, fears or phobias and lack of confidence. These difficulties can stop us doing what we want to. I would love to work with you to help you to manage the thoughts and feelings that can get in the way of you living how you would like to live.
Complimentary Telephone Chat.
I know that it takes courage to make an appointment and courage to talk to a stranger about something that is personal to you. it's also really important that you choose the right person for you to work with. I've found that being able to have a chat over the phone has made a real difference for my clients, helping to put them at ease. This means that you can find out what you need to know to help you to choose the right therapist for you.
What is Cognitive Hypnotherapy?
It is an evidence based solution focused therapy that uses a number of modern techniques to provide an individual treatment for each person. Sessions are tailored specifically to the individual so that their own problem is treated in the best way for them. This enables us to achieve lasting success in as short a time as possible.
It is difficult to give you an idea of how many sessions you may need, it can be a little as two or sometimes six to eight or more are required. This depends very much on the individual person and the issue we are dealing with. However, Cognitive Hypnotherapy is recognised to be a solution focused therapy and often positive results are achieved quite quickly.
If you would like to know more, take a look at my website you will find more details about possible treatments for a variety of issues.
Are you pregnant and worried about your labour?
Have you had a traumatic first birth and worry about having a similar experience?
If the answer is yes to either of these questions I may be able to help. I'm a Confident Childbirth hypnobirthing practitioner and love helping women to prepare for their labour and delivery in the best way possible for them. I can work with the prospective mother alone or together with their partner, whichever feels right for you. The programme for this is more structured and consists of four sessions to prepare you for your labour and early days with your baby. This programme is particularly effective in helping women who have had a previous traumatic or difficult delivery
Where do you work and how can I get more information?
I've just moved to Frome, having run a very successful practice from my old home near Romsey. At the moment I will see clients at home, but I will be seeking out a therapy room to hire in Frome.

Thank you for seeing me last night. I have an uplift each time I see you. I have had some unforeseen challenges to overcome recently but I know that I am dealing with them far better as a result of your previous good work.
Thank you Sue"
"Although I had heard of Cognitive Hypnotherapy before I was quite anxious about the whole process. Sue's communications were warm and friendly and she put me at ease by explaining what would happen in our sessions. My nervousness soon disappeared as we started working together.
Right from the very first session I saw results and changes in my habits and behavioural patterns. It was an interesting and worthwhile experience which I would recommend to anyone wanting to change. Thanks Sue."
