About me

My sessions are confidential and provide a safe space helping clients to feel at ease. The treatments that I provide are about guiding clients to move past their emotional challenges - which can effect the large majority of us at some point in our lives.

I use talking therapy to interrupt the negative feelings that can include stress related anxieties, depression, suicidal thoughts and deep set trauma. My treatments can include: cognitive behavioral therapy: giving you the practical tools to move forward consciously, and hypnotherapy helping you to reduce stress, anxiety and depression subconsciously.

I specialise in a number of areas: I have assisted many clients in coping with work-related stress and chronic fatigue syndrome, that is often misunderstood and hard to diagnose. Similarly, I have helped ease the severity of those suffering with differing types of trauma.

Treatments rooms will be allocated after booking: rooms currently available in Harley Street, Oxford Circus, Crystal Palace and South Moulton Street.

I encourage you to book a free consultation  - so I can advise on the best way for you to move forward.

It should be noted like with all therapy, it is a two way relationship and commitment is needed from both sides to make effective progress.

Training, qualifications & experience

I have a Hypnotherapy Diploma and am a fully licensed member of the NCH. I am also a member of the Royal Society for Public health and a member of their behavioral special interest groups.

I also have a Law Degree from the University of London, and I am undertaking a Master's of Science in Public Health at the University of Essex. Public health interests include: prevalence and incidence of water-borne diseases, and public health behaviors.

If a hypnotherapist's premises aren't step-free, they may offer alternative services such as telephone/web-based appointments, home visits, or meeting clients in different location, so you can choose the option that suits you best.

You can contact the hypnotherapist to discuss the options available.

Under the Equality Act 2010 service providers have a duty to make reasonable adjustments to ensure that individuals with disabilities can access their service. You can read more about reasonable adjustments to help you to access services on the CAB website.
